I am a therapist (LAMFT) and life and wellness coach with a B.A. in Family and Human Development and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, who carries an abundance of compassion, acceptance, realness, and insight. I have expertise in and a passion for working with post-religious and queer/gender-diverse folks, and in general, I enjoy serving as a guide for anyone with an interesting or unique personal story (that means you) who hopes to progress and create their most fulfilling life. I am deeply committed to inclusivity, celebrate diversity in all its forms, and approach people of all backgrounds with openness, respect, and care. If you feel unsettled, unfulfilled, directionless, or are struggling to express yourself authentically in any way, working with me could be for you!

My goal as a therapist/coach is to empower you to recognize and step into your role as the author of your story. I believe that when we become curious about where our existing narratives come from and look at our feelings and experiences with compassion and intention, we are able to overcome beliefs that are not serving us and become creators of the lives we want. Together, we can challenge limiting beliefs and re-write your story in a way that is authentic, empowering, and within your reach.
